Morale is at an all-time low, and I absolutely hate it. I used to love my job, but now it feels like a shadow of what it once was. It didn’t happen overnight. It took ten years for my feelings to shift completely. When people claim it was a sudden change, they couldn’t be more wrong. It was a slow, persistent trickle of bad decisions and poor management that led us here. I miss the company Fiserv used to be, back when it felt like a place worth believing in.

In 26 plus years I have never seen morale this low. I mean bitter, nasty vengeful low.

BO-M! Fiserv collapses.....
My customers have read on social media about how awful Fiserv is treating us and ask if it is true. They feel sorry for us! But FB and his minions insist that clients want us back in the office.
We have a vote of no confidence in Sr. Leadership
I have been here a little over 3 years and its never been great but I have never seen a company fall so far in 3 years. It went from "I can deal with the cr-p because every company has their issues" to "I am sitting here waiting for a phone call from a new company while I type this"
