Latest I heard is that layoffs are more likely in October to meet the year-end deadline and the WARN 60 day notice. Plus, with the push of RTO from October 1 to January seems to align to this rumor. We will be in limbo another month.

jw: severance no longer works I have it bookmarked - once you are on a 60 day notice period - DO NOT TELL ANYONE YOU GOT ANOTHER JOB, else they will not pay out severance

Guess all the 9/18 projections were wrong. Enjoy another few weeks in purgatory. Mounting Schwab related bad press in the news the past few days as well. This is like watching a train wreck in slow motion.

Telltale information is changing in Schwab’s internal systems for high ranking employees. It looks as though the wheels of the great reassignment are indeed in motion. 👀👀👀👀👀👀
