If you're talking the annual bonus payout in March, that will only happen IF they provide written notification of it in the severance package (which has never been in there before), you are considered an employee on December 31 (i.e. 60 day job elimination notification ends on 1/1... doubtful that happens) and based on policy, it is still up to your former manager as to whether you get the annual or not. Does not look good if you think you're getting that additional payout.

Forget the bonus if you’re laid off this year.

Historically, to receive annual bonus, you must be an employee of record as of the pay date. Meaning, you would not receive annual bonus.

Unless something has changed.

When you are notified, that your job is being eliminated, you are still on the payroll for 60 days which means you will collect your November bonus advance.

The bonuses are confirmed occurring. Will happen with severance money.

There are no partial bonus payments. Don’t even hold your breathe for that. We will get the bonus advance in November 1 though. That’s either $1000 or $2000 depending on your grade.

So no chance we are seeing the Nov one if we get laid off! They better not ask me to work after the layoff... they will only f@#%off.

The SVP of DaRT completely avoided the question and gave a long response to not have to answer. Shows we ain't getting bonuses when we get laid off.
