Usually an MD would farm that out that kind of task to their admin. You sure it wasn't the admin helping you........ with the umm personalized service?
My MD caught me in the restroom and gave me the news while helping me p-e. Personalized service.
Is this confirmation for Charles Schwab or for Les Schwab. They are two different companies, and sometimes Les Schwabbies "accidentally" post here. Remember Charles Schwab makes money, while Les Schwab makes tires. Interestingly both Charles and Les has a Rama, but in different roles.

Just got word all layoffs for 2024 are now officially complete. There will be no additional rounds. Best of luck in all future endeavors to every Schwabbie that was let go this morning.
