Why is the incoming ticket work for bothell NBS on the decline.

I'm a prem tech in nevada and was surplused with 7 other people today. Oct 12 2017 is our last day on payroll they gave us two weeks pay as severance. The list for layoffs was 200 plus people nv and ca it continues to grow. Expect many more layoffs.
