does anyone know how to pass the TMT III. I have to pass it to stay on payroll after 90 days

There is a study guide available that gives you test question examples. Call HR or the AT&T employment office. I took the TMT, but do not know what is on the TMTIII, I do not recall any electrical/electronic type questions, that was the TKT.
If you've ever taken the asvab it's pretty similar. You can find tons of practice tests online. There are a lot of logical questions like where to place a guy wire given a sequence of poles (you want to try and balance the load/tension) or which tool will give you the best mechanical advantage for a task. Some basic electrical circuit questions. I believe there were a few color code questions and even some basic binary. From what I remember, a lot of it was just common sense.
