Have anyone heard anything or rumors about surpluses in the Southeast/East regions? If so, who and what positions are at risk?

I'M IN THE SE, I HEARD MY SUPERVISOR WAS ON THE SURPLUS LIST. NOT THAT SHE TOLD US. BUT SOMETHING SUPPOSE TO COME DOWN THE PIPLELINE IN MARCH.
