Can you file workers comp prior to being laid off?

Dan Fete screwed around with my claim and the statute of limitations expired . I ended up having to use up my annual deductible on surgery. He is not a good dwarf. I hope Santa puts him on a PIP for his next review.

Absolutely!!! --- IF you are injured on the job. You can definitely file (and should file) for workers compensation!!! But be prepared------ You turn ALL of your say-so as to your health over to the company's "health management" group.. Good luck.
