This is happening all over not just at&t, i have a friend who's an electrician union member and he says theyre laying them off all over, also happening to another friend in texas who is a teacher and he says its happening to teachers there too..

Prem techs 7 in Roseville (including me) 7 in Linwood 5 in Dearborn 5 in port Huron 80 total in Michigan No one from the union said a word to me lmao what a joke.

How much of customer service and tech support at AT&T is already outsourced? Is there any point in applying for a job in this field or is it all destined to be outsourced at some point?
