I think everyone should ban the Thanksgiving lunch at ADS this year. It sends a message. “We aren’t family and we aren’t ok with what you did to our family”. It’s nothing drastic, but it’s better then just moving on without some sort of message.

I don’t know of a single upper management person who was laid off. Layoffs were from every area of the business. Care center, marketing, analytics, security, client Partnerships and more.

There was no rhyme or reason for who was selected for layoffs. For me, it just feels like names were pulled out of a hat. Total, absolute random process. It feels that way.
