Alliance is not “the best place to work”. My co-workers and I are looking for different jobs. We feel betrayed.
It seems like a big show to tell the shareholders during tomorrow’s earning call that they’re “trimming far”, and “reducing capital expenditure.” King and Mill just want to not get fired, so clearly a quick round of firing will help temporarily, but it won’t help with morale or with performance either. All of the knowledge that was just thrown away by firing people without even knowing what some people were working on is shameful.
