Difference between claim denial and layoffs

Both of these pad the pockets of the business. I see no difference in the two. Both are dishonest and negatively affect the client/employee. People should take note of this

Innslake Consolidation

Now what?

So now that management has announced they are leaving your State and layoffs are on the near horizon. What are your days like now while you wait? Are you looking for work, or waiting to cash out then look?

Do direct managers pick whom to layoff?

Who decides specific candidate to layoff in a team? . Is it your direct manager/director or above?. Hard and honest work is not valued at WF. Most of the middle management needs to go, they are good for nothing. They are pure trash.
