Is this common? I worked the full final quarter, and yet got no bonus, and it looks like they docked me approximately 25% of my pay. Do I need to call HR? It's worth noting it was voluntary resignation and not a termination.

I've seen three announced resignations just in the past week and a half in my group. Are other areas seeing a larger than normal uptick in attrition this year? I'm curious how that could impact the planned layoffs, if at all.
