@mcu+1b0XvZK9. If someone is force ranked into needs improvement, does that automatically put them on a PIP, therefore not needing to pay severance if they are laid off?

Round two. My group of about 35 let go four people end of April. Now leaders are talking about force ranking people for the midyear and getting rid of the people we force ranked. Total bs...
Somebody's getting off on these cuts. I know rejection is bad and some people take it personally, but you don't have to be a total loser and go public about it. Enjoy your new job, I think you are posting all over this board how happy you are that you left. Just go, we don't miss you.
Why especially ICS?
Duh, of course there will be. This is a company ith 260k. Every day people are getting fired and laid off. There isn't a set day for this, just look at teamwork's.
