Are mid year reviews supposed to have comments and a rating in each section? Or is it standard for a mid year to have only the overall summary? I am new to this. Thank

You have the option to choose that you don’t want to answer - isn’t that good enough? People are so upset about it - but if you dont want them to know, don’t tell them. It’s that easy.

When I read in between the lines of the return to the office FAQs, if you don't want to have collaboration that is just from casual conversations, Wells Fargo doesn't want you working for the company.
