Would you want your friends and family members to read what you’re putting out here? I know I wouldn’t. To clarify, I don’t care too much about what WFC leadership sees - I think they deserve all the bad press and criticism. But on the other hand... — read more

Service Managers
Has anyone else heard anything about service managers being laid off? If so when?
Talk to me about RTO after banning Russian gas imports :)
How stupid to insist on a plan that will cause more economic stress on employees? RTO is just anti-American at the moment, the way they want it to be
Short staffed
so since the company is cutting down employees aren't the branch managers supposed to step up and help the team such as opening accounts? wires? credit cards etc? cause mine definitely is letting us drown

F*ck this company
Just passed my 20 year anniversary, wanna know how WFC congratulated me? 1 Lucite cube, a 1% raise, 75% of my bonus (hooray for rank stacked bonuses) and a performance review that dinged me for not managing to convince 7 senior managers to give... — read more
Oil Prices Through The Roof = Recession... Recession = Layoffs
Just applying the logic here. Putin is not planning to stop, the war will drag on. Oil prices will continue to go up. It'll triger a recession. Layoffs will follow. We should discuss this here on layoffs.com, it's a better topic than chatting about... — read more
Anyone get exception to delay RTO
I was supposed to relocate but housing plans got cancelled on me last minute. I found another place to live but move in date is April. Has anyone had an exception to be able to come into the office in April instead of March 14?
What's the best major for college students nowadays?
What would you suggest to someone who is about to enter college? I know that 'follow your passion' is probably the best answer, but what would you pick if the passon was not a factor.

How sad your lives must be
The last several posts just show how sad people who can't wait to RTO are. How angry they are that the rest of us have lives we enjoy when the only lives they have are at the office, surrounded by people who don't care about them. Gloating about it... — read more

I can't wait. Nice to get back to normal.
Oh no! Only 1 week left until RTO
I'm devastated, sad, and feel all alone. I have incessantly complained for months now and pi$$ing and moaning and said really, really tearfully that I do not want to go back in to the office I was hired to work at when I accepted this job. Who do... — read more
What happened to the new suite of credit cards?
There was all this buzz in late 2021 that an entire new suite of rewards cards were going to roll out in early 2022. It’s March now and we haven’t heard another peep about them.
RTO not good for DE&I
So with RTO we go back to networking in the office. Usually that means spending long hours putting in “face time” with the boss to land a new role. By default that generally means wealthier white men who don’t have childcare or household... — read more

The Private Bank Transition
I’m hearing all Wealth Advisors and Investment Strategists will transition to FAs. Is this true? It seems like a big mandate. If so, I wonder if they will sell the Trust business next. Could help with expense reduction and efficiency ratios. — read more
