That’s literally what you are getting, leadership told you to become a non-remote worker, you are being treated exactly the same, by having to come in.

By that token, remote workers already have more job security & lead less stressful lives as they are not at risk of getting "written up" and potentially let go if they don't badge in 3 days a week or more. No discrimination there (eyeroll), right? They also don't risk co-workers on their floor ratting them out for a) not showing up, b) leaving early, etc.

Replace the word remote with slacker and I am all in!

remote work is not a right, nor is it a protected class. get over it and move on with your life. this is no longer the right place for you to work. find a place that is.

Really? Well by that logic, non-remote workers who are not in a hub (And actually have to commute!) also have a right not to be discriminated against! Everything you list, they have to deal with too - but they’ve been forced to RTO! Do you think you deserve special treatment??
