SFTE numbers are in. Multiple layoffs now planned. Many branches to lose service managers and going to a one manager model with less tellers and bankers requirements to spend 40% of time on teller line.

We need to reduce fuel consumption as much as possible and help the people of Ukraine. Just say NO to RTO.

For me, the ratio was like 90% productivity to 10% bureaucracy. Today the inverse is true. The majority of my days, and I'm not even kidding, is now spent attending meetings and paper pushing.
