Nate Herman overseas control and reports to Scott Powell. There was a dotted line reporting structure with the control execs reporting to the Business Line CEOs and a dotted line to Nate. That has been flipped and all control directly reports to Nate now (who still reports to Scott Powell). This is the same thing that happened with Lester Owen and the operations side.
I would really love to know what value Nate Herman adds. I have zero respect for him.

Lester's the token diversity hire, Scott's paid to watch him and make sure he doesn't go nuts. I guess what's Charlie's paid for exactly? sit in his expensive bubble in New York and tell us the solution is investment banking. Talk about poor timing. For that matter what does Bill do exactly, he sure doesn't seem to have any Democrat political friends , they're always knocking for money and bashing the place.
