We are now into our second year of monthly layoffs, hundreds at a time. Wells Fargo has laid off over 10,000 employees over the last year. Is this to stay out of the media limelight? or what??

Anyone here get a sizable merit increase (after years of getting 2% on average), only to be laid off a short time later?

Should be putting in my two week notice soon, hopefully. How does this work? Will I lose my access that day or will I be allowed to work the 2 weeks? Does company have to pay 2 weeks legally?
