The new comp plan is out in Oct I think? Wonder if it’s gonna be a big change? Is Charlie gonna try to axe all the big bankers in big markets that make north of $1M each year?

Charlie has done such a great job turning around Wells Fargo, fixing issues, reducing headcount and driving efficiencies, he should get CEO of the Year Award. He's cut so much fat and dead wood there that takes courage and foresight.

I get my assigned work done and then log out after the required 6 hours in office . Why would I do more for a ‘meets’ and pathetic raise/bonus? Hard work is only rewarded with more hard work around here.

Until performance of mgrs is based on how well they manage DOWN as well as up, this place is a joke. It says a lot about WF that the CEO and mgrs disregard staff. Destined to fail.
