Wilmington is in for a long cleanup and recovery, and I’ve seen no reports anywhere on how the Verizon Wireless Call Center down there held up though the hurricane and flooding. Anyone have details?

Lately vzw corporate retail stores have not been upgraded or anything... makes me wonder... some stores look abandoned like Sears. I hear reps complaining about their equipment not working or broken... details pls.

Just received a letter from Verizon notifying me that my Retiree phone plan is REDUCING IT'S DISCOUNT BY 50% effective January 2019! That's a pretty big hit for a retiree. Anyone else being hit with this?
