“Snake away profits from the B2B teams” Straight from a lazy BAE rep I’m assuming. Haha! Priceless- the B2B teams are the worst snakes out there. I’m sure there are many great ones out there- just haven’t met one yet. Or maybe it’s just G.H & D.A those 2 are complete tools!

R2B managers are the most useless and overpaid positions in retail. Most have just a few employees and spend most of their days working from home or the golf course. While the retail stores are making them look good. When there’s another round of layoffs, these guys should be on the list. That would cut down on unnecessary payroll.
Customers got pumped into being 'businesses' so the SMB's in store can snake away profit from B2B teams and it's been easier to turn a blind eye. The consequence is rapid degeneration of relationships with real businesses that cannot be maintained by the average SMB.
You mean the retail stores have increased business accounts by moving from personal to business and telling customers they need 2 hum to qualify for the business discount!
The SMB channel has increased 16% growth YoY for the company..... id--t
