Now is the time for CWA to campaign really hard to organize wireless.
They have been hit with layoffs and wireless employees might have a different thought process about organizing. Might be a perfect time.

If the union does not strike at this point and accepts this mediation as condition to not to strike then this whole thing was orchestrated from the very start.
