The company screwed up. They cannot handle a strike of any length and they are late getting people in place. As other mentioned, the training was also pretty light and again more focused on installing nice clean stuff instead of fixing some pretty scary stuff. The company is not in a strong position and many of the 'directors' who will actually be doing I&M are livid that they have to do it. They do not get paid any OT. The company will fold first and the states and the feds will start fining the daylights out of them
Maybe, Uncle Barrack will come to the Union's rescue?
