this is already public knowledge quit acting surprised. I was told 10% of retail must be off the books by year end. And if enough people dont take the retail packages then forced layoffs would occur.

So got the email to check eligibility only to find out not eligible even though have over ten years with the company. Why even send this email to non eligible people? It is just a big FU from the company.

I just got off of a market wide VES and IT conference call and at the end during the questions and answers part someone asked if retail would be getting a package to which the answer was yes but no other details were given.

Do I have this right?, the company is offering a retirement incentive (to some) but then will outsource whole sections of the company to India? Excuse me but ... Didn't they just get a 17 billion dollar tax savings from the Trump tax cuts?

Anybody else here still hoping the email will arrive? I can't understand why I seem to be the only one who hasn't received it.

After they lose a lot of managers through this latest offer, one can only hope there will be an eisp soon to get rid of some associates....hopefully a lot of titles and locations!

I've seen this mentioned in several places and I'm having trouble wrapping my head around it. Is it true I can be rejected even if I accept the offer? Then why even give me an opportunity to do it? Just to be cruel? Dangle it in front of those of us... — read more
