No reason for an EISP when mgmt employees happily raise their hands at a far lesser cost.

EISPs are what Union employees get as incentive to leave the company, instead of how non-union employees simply get RIF’d and have to take severance.
Although, with the package being offered to non-union employees this year, perhaps we’ll see more packages being offered a la EISPs.
