What story will the next earnings tell?
I’m very curious what the numbers are going to say. I would think that there will be a lot worse if only performance of the company was presented. Too bad they will include cost cutting. I was hoping to get some opinions on how the numbers would look... — read more

Although I doubt that I will survive at UP to the year end, and frankly working here has become more of a burden to me, I really want to see the light at the end of the tunnel, otherwise I think I’m not gonna be able to pull through this period. So... — read more

Why don’t they just get it over with?
I’m really getting fed up with the constant fear that we’re facing, and I believe that the majority of the other employees feel the same way. Does anybody realise that a day didn’t go by this year without at least rumors of layoffs, and in the... — read more

Overwork the employees cannot be a legit business strategy
A simple observation: I haven’t seen a lot of people that didn’t have enough work or were doing little work, at least at my location. Now I see a lot of people overworked to the border of human limits. If that’s what the brilliant strategy of the... — read more
