Never in my 32 years have I seen management purposely sabotage operations like they do at proviso. It's beyond comprehension or believability unless your from here.

Proviso wasn't there for 100 years on accident, automated or not, the railroad that ran it prior bumped 700 cars a shift today lucky to get 400 because these f---ing clowns cut your throat if you don't look 654,533,789 times before crossing a track, kidding me? 1 hour radio speeches to back up for a joint, now they say we've relaxed on the rules and I'm STILL seeing these f---ing a--holes who just graduated from community college jumping over old heads, young guys whoever everytime they even attempt to move freight! Im talking days ago! I've been at Proviso since 91 and a f---ing bad day humping was what 2 shifts f---ing do, the UP is just f---ing horrible, how they're in business is bigger mystery than Rosie O'Donnells eating habits in the wild. Hire the right people, let them railroad, and HOLY F--- PRODUCTION!! railroading made extremly hard somewhat impossible is the UP way
