Imagine that pushed back "Strike" date again!!!! Excuse was to align with other Unions??? Why even draw a line in the sand?????? Sad

Thanks to the yard workers who have days off. Conductor jobs are now back on negotiating table. But on the bright side most of the yard jobs will be taken by conductors who will lose their jobs, and will now have days off.

Whether we strike or not it is going to be the same song and dance. If you don't like it, get another job. It's simple.

Have you ever had a worse job experience than the one at UP? I don't think I will ever be able to adapt to this workplace. It was a big mistake for me to apply here.

Best thing I did! Just received a back pay check. Didn't think we were going to get it. Finally the union did something right. Oh by the way, the grass is greener on the other side.

What does that mean for UP? Are they going to furlough before Christmas? They have to make profits. It's not a good sign for us. Just think all the people they are training, for what? This company doesn't make any sense.
