But did anyone else have managers stand over their employees shoulders and watch them while they did the employee engagement survey? I thought it was supposed to be anonymous and confidential.

My manager rubs my shoulders when I do those surveys.

I asked my manager to borrow a pencil and he walked by like he was going to hand me one and pharted on my head. I was so disgusted I wrote a strongly worded response to the survey.
