Not the OP but I came to this site to ask the same question. I know they said no mass remote layoffs but I’m curious if they will still continue to target remote employees first in expense reduction and role/org changes? Does anyone know if remote employees top the list for layoffs?
Any winning is going to happen in spite of my best efforts, not because of them. This is an oppositional relationship, don't you know?

@ag These aren't the 1950's anymore. Technology now exists to make WFH more productive than the office. Why are employees being forced to spend all this money and travel time to work in the office where they spend hours on Team meetings? Make it make sense?

People accept a position after consideration of pay, distance from home, and costs to get there and back. If you accepted, no whining. Just winning and knocking the bottom out!

Work has been done at the office over 100 years when the desk chair first evolved. Home is for playing with puppies and infants. Work is for winning and growing the business in the office. Covid is over folks. See you on the commute...

@a1 Drive? Parking at city hubs is minimum $55+ a day and traffic is horrendous. That’s a huge pay cut 3+ times a week. They are forcing us to do the unimaginable. Taking public transport will take an hour and a half each day, bus, train and then walk and dangerous on top of that. I’m not getting jumped cause Gunjan said so. I wish her the absolute worst.
What’s unfair is these hub locations are in the large cities only. Not convenient for everyone.
@OP if there not willing to drive to nearest hub or call center, yes. Some divisions leaning in harder than others
