@OP I'm part of lay-off group and HR said they could not assist with that and transferred me to first level IT and they had no clue initially that there was a lay-off. They wrote a ticket up. It has been 3 weeks. Called in 2x and HR said same thing each time, "we will transfer you to IT". 2nd time, IT said ticket statue is pending. How long do they expect me to be a storage house for them?

I still have not. Called ask HR and they said the ticket for my laptop to be returned is still pending
