Customer service representatives have to go. Everything has been outsourced. Why do they need to pay $100k when you can get an Indian for a lot cheaper?

I think they would come out and say it, if we were done for the rest of the year. Imagine how the quality and volume of work would go up. They know this, and if they were going to wait till 2027 they'd say it.

The big cut last year was supposed to be a rip the bandage off moment in Dan's words to get the company close to the numbers they wanted. There have been small ones due to some restructure but things are starting to settle. Some departments have even started hiring again.
What happened to the rumor of IT rebadging before end of year?
