Can somebody please either share or tell me where I can find company severance info? I'd just like to know what to expect in case of layoffs.

@ej I can not even begin to think about how many engagements were half assed cobbled together "solutions" that once you hit pre and post sales ended up as complete train wrecks. I have never ever before seen such a paltry caliber of "engineering talent" gathered together in one time / space continuum before in my 22 years of selling. I have been at a competitor for a bit and it is really truly night and day over here compared to Insight. Like we actually turn over the keys to something that actually works, no kidding team.
@OP Your upcoming layoff severance will be customized by an AI bot that took like "20 Distinguished engineers" in Services to build, even though they got the business logic wrong each and every-time and so it had to be out sourced to a third party consulting company (yet again).
2 weeks pay for every year served
