@ay case is not going away. Our work is shifting to different types of workgroups

I expect Internal CS teams to get hit anytime now. With the Case Management team going away, it only makes sense we will see some impacts soon. New SVP will look to hit margins and budgets going into Q4/ Q1, easiest way is to make cuts.
