Has anyone actually physically seen the reporting management is receiving based upon computer usage?
What exactly is on this report?

@ee fact - also, as mentioned before, it's over an elongated period e.g. 6-8wks. You don't come in on Monday and get flagged for the previous week.

@OP I have seen the report. I still have screenshots of it. But it doesn’t matter. Everyone on this board (look at this thread alone) will say it’s a lie, not true, doesn’t exist, etc. whatever it takes for them to keep trudging along. I personally don’t care and I am not a conspiracy theorist. If “they” use this as a tool to determine I’m not “working” enough and sh!tcqn me so what? I would fire someone who I paid for 8 hrs worth of work but only did 3 as well. We aren’t gig workers or day laborers getting paid by the bushel of cotton picked.
To clarify I have not seen a pretty dashboard. I have seen the detailed log based report of the activity used to build the pretty display. Literally the employees name, the asset they were on at the time and then the action they were executing with the time it took listed down to two decimal points of a second. The first screenshot was a hundred lines and it accounted for only a few seconds worth of data capture.
Hours per day, days per week. Everything else is someone who keeps posting the same nonsense every week.
It’s not a ruse for stacked ranking, it is already being used as such. I’ve been directly told by management all things being equal and if they need to push someone down, this data and time in office will be used.
future layoff will come from this. its guaranteed, and if you don't think so, ask yourself why WOULDN'T wells fargo's CEO want to do this if it enable more heads to be cut? dont underestimate how nasty ur CEO and his goon squad can get. there is no limit other than the law to what they'll do in order to get people to quit

I’ve seen a report. It may not be the only one that exists. It shows average hours “active” per day over the prior month. No day-by-day and not name-by-name (yet). Shows India staff separately from US staff. but still aggregated/averages
They are lying.
Only verbal discussions about the averages for various groups.
We have only had verbal communication that is “exists” but leaders have said they have not actually seen the report or what’s on it.
