I wasn’t eligible for VSP. If RIF’d, what can I expect? There’s nothing in policy any longer surrounding severance. Will I even get a couple weeks work of pay for just under 2y of service? Anyone have historical knowledge?

Unemployment
I am not sure there is anything available for under two years of service. Which stinks. If concerned about being impacted I would start looking.
