If you resign, can they retain the coworker in ur team that was let go, since their termination date till April?
Then why don’t you find a new job and leave.
This is why you act relatively strange before anticipated layoffs. That way they want to let you go.
@OP sadly they let those who want to stay -go and those who might want to go keep. But at the top it’s just musical chairs.
