I report up to a Sr. Manager who has 3 Supervisors that report up to her. Ummm why would this department need a Sr. Manager who has done nothing - we have a weekly huddle and that is it. We’ve never ever had a single meeting nor has she sent an email to the department- ever. What does a Senior manger do? It’s hysterical what a waste…yet we support multi million dollar accounts and we work like donkeys…
