Broadcom Qualcomm NXP how much overlap? How many layoffs?

I have heard Broadcom is much leaner. Also hear they layoff if your division is not profitable. Some duplication of jobs and layoff cannot be avoided. Do they they just lay off the lower half performers or is it a whole group at a time?

What happens to the ESPP purchases if I resign prior to 1/31 when ESPP is purchased? Are they going to pay back the monthly payments?

Qcom will thrive.

Brcm's unsolicited deal approach proves it. Qcom has tremendous value. It just needs a little change on revenue stream. But it will thrive.

Take $70 a share and don't be greedy

As the saying goes, "pigs get slaughtered". Don't let the psychology of always wanting more lead you astray. Qualcomm will NEVER get back to $70 on their own.
