Just go to their layoff blog and it is no coincidence you will find a mirror there: constant layoffs (more often then in Q), outsourcing to India, Indian silos which discriminate non-Indians hiring, employees concerned about the overlap with Q to boost more layoffs, it is the same mess..

Both QCOM amd BRCM are perfect for each other due to most of the employees being Indian, they will get along perfectly lol

Broadcom is seeing a dramatic increase in their H1B footprint in the company now and employees are hinting that they are moving HQ to US just to facilitate the acquisition of big fishes like Q but they can freely move back to Malaysia when the shopping cart is full.
