Anyone hear anything about VCG positions. Care- Case Management- Social Media- E.R.T or Pact?

Not just people on PIPs. I was impacted in care and have never been on a pip before.
@c9 Show me the headcount of more than 13,000 being cut as of yesterday. You wont be able to... because it didn't happen... more lay off waves coming.
All that high performance, low performance stuff is all B. S. When top management decides they need to let go certain number of people, they will just start chopping. They don't care about your performance. They care about meeting shareholder expectation.
The entire goals, performance, reviews, etc. is all nonsense stuff just to make you think you matter. Well, you really don't matter cause you are replaceable. They pay you for the service you're asked to do and when they no longer need that service (even if you're really really good at it), they will let you go. It's that simple. Maybe when they had to let go of that one guy in the team, performance mattered, but now a days, they rarely let go of one or two people. Usually it's the entire team cause that team function is not longer needed.
ERT-Fios was hit. None from my team were low performers or on PIPS. Even lost a supervisor. Re-Org is coming and more meetings on Monday
Social media and case are safe.
Care and tech lost people. Seem to be those on corrective action.
Heard pact lost about 30.
PACT lost about 30 reps, not sure about care/ert/social media. It seems they cut folks that had previously been put on PIPs
They will most likely hit the low performing first.
I’m in care and haven’t heard anything. BAU.
