I just got a communication (I was laid off June) that I will be receiving my bonus at a pro rated rate hence missing last 5 months Dam!!!

@bq there’s a special place in he!! For managers who try to goose the bonuses of survivors with the blood of the departed.
@an I was lad off before October in 24 and received my full bonus. It’s manager discretion.
You are bonus eligible (pro rated of course) and it all depends on your former managers discretion. They could be nice and give you some bonus or make it $0.
I thought you had to be there through mid-Oct to get bonus of any kind? Am I wrong or is OP a weird case?
