I'm not sure why you feel like crying this is not fun. Also just because you put in an offer for VSP does not guarantee that you will get it. You all should be reading the fine print

@a7 and if I read the info we got correctly…..it’s being taxed at a higher rate. It’s not considered regular compensation. Which is so ridiculous.
I just started in March so I know I’m not eligible. I’m just ready to know if my job is safe or not. Already applying to other companies, but I do not want to leave Centene.
Allegedly coming out in waves. If your last name is late in the alphabet, just hang on. Most FTEs are getting the offer.
