Are they going to layoff first then re-org at a later time? Or is everything happening simultaneously?

I hope VGS is disbanded and put back to their functions with future reorgs halted forever. IT should be IT. HR should be HR. Finance should be Finance including FPAS. The massive waste of time, millions of dollars, and destroyed careers spent on pointless chaotic reorgs is a travesty.
According the a friend working on it, it’s happening in real time. There will be an immediate re-org with a larger one done Q1/Q2
Reorganization is happening around the same time. VCG is going away from 6 markets to 2. Announcement coming early next week

There will be a mini reorg happening at the same time with a bigger one happening either end of q1 ‘26 or end of q2
Feels like a layoff and a re-organization at the same time would make the higher ups brains bleed. Would require much more coordination than they can handle. Would guess the re-org will happen after the Frontier deal closes.
