@OP literally everyone except new hires and certain level executives will get the VSP email. Read what was sent by Tanya. New hires and very senior level executives and those engaged in specialized roles are the only ones not eligible but that DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE SAFE

@a9 Do you mind saying which LOB? I work in UM for Ambetter but less than 2 years so not eligible for VSP. I have a feeling I'll be getting a layoff notice though when they come out in the next month or however long it takes them to determine how many they need to lay off.
@a8 this is incorrect. As somebody who received it it clearly states that if you will be with the company 2 years on the September 1st date of this year then you are eligible. However please don't be confused. Just because you're not eligible does not mean that you are not considered as being laid off later on. This is just for those who are eligible to take a much higher pay out if they are laid off voluntarily
