@bx thank you for your service!
@ax no, not only sales. If you aren't selling, you support people who do. Changes to sales means less people outside of sales. Also, there is a wave 3 in November ( all non sales).
@bx Just the one deployment for me. The ARMY su-ked, but at least you had 'some' recourse up the chain. None of that here.
@af you are 100% right. Through stacked rankings, PIPs, excluding and isolating people and castigating consistent performers, they are telling us to go. They are coming up with progressive discipline out of the clear, blue sky to avoid paying severance. It is the most unhealthy environment in which I’ve ever worked, and I’m a 4x deployed veteran so that’s saying something!
@at so only sales affected, big deal whoop
Can confirm there is a WFR set for October. It is actually wave 2 of the July GTM sales change layoff related to having to go through work councils.
@an agreed and confirmed 100%
The markets love us
The energy in the office is incredible. We are hiring so many that HR can't keep up
Our stock price is heading up due to all the new customers
There are zero layoffs on the horizon as our CEO said on the town hall
@OP incorrect. Layoffs are finished for the calendar year
@a8 Everywhere, all departments, all teams, all the time.
If you have not noticed yet, this is a continuous process designed to make you quit. Leave, or quiet quit. There is nothing you can do to change it.
If not enough people quit or are fired due to RTO, or stacked ranking, they will just increase the t_e_r_r_o_r, and stack rank some more.
What do you know? Please share. What department? Which teams? Which solution? Country?
