HCSC is now being managed by Manika and others with some ideology that they are bent on. It is not business. It is ideology. Maurice was an incrediblely smart business person back in the day, but he too has succumbed to this cr-p. Hcsc used to be the best of the Blues. No longer.

@vx @vx so it’s easy but you can’t or won’t define it, that’s okay, most of us here couldn’t and most likely have never and never will create a strategy for an entire company let alone a division or department. Still, we can see a strategy that doesn’t make sense to us or doesn’t seem to be working, but that’s different from saying there isn’t a strategy or that’s it’s easy to create one.

@ee There is a strategy, to become a national player using HS offices as a springboard into new, non-MA markets. Maybe what you’re trying to say is they have no tactics to implement their strategy, and their execution putting the plan they do have into place is poor, we agree on that.

@c0 I think most people understand what a business plan is. We don’t have a strategy or a goals. It’s a bunch of buzz words and yep- putting the right good buddies in the right seats. That’s not someone seeing something odd but someone who is seeing reality.
@OP You may not like or understand the business plan, but seeing some “woke” ideology instead of a (bad?) strategic idea says everything about you and nothing about the (bad?) direction of the company.

@OP Funny thing, if it were business, most lifers would have been laid off by now for being old and expensive. Either we adapt with the policy, business or ideology or we bi--h about what life was like 30 yrs ago.
