Is anyone having trouble getting in to their account to see the VSP offer? It’s not sending the verification code to my email no matter how many times I resend.

@b0 Same thing with the phone authentication.I’ve never had this happen before.
@OP I couldn't get past the phone verification. I tried email and text and neither worked
Over an hour and ten minutes on hold; I cannot get the text verification code timely - still waiting for someone to answer and see if they can help.
@b3 thank you as its been 50 I will just hang up and try later, I am sure everyone is trying at same time and its overloading
Make sure you are using your workday ID and not your CN number. Also make sure there are no errors in your text number.
I finally got through trying to call their Customer Care folks. I was on hold for over 80 minutes and they said that there were still another 1600 callers in queue behind me when I told them I was not receiving the verification codes in a timely manner, they said there was nothing they could do. The system is completely overwhelmed so we just need to try again later.

After waiting for an hour, the VSP customer service AI operator prompted me to leave a vm and advised that an agent would call me back in 24 hrs
I got the email verification but after multiple attempts it won't send me a text or voice verification when requested so I'm waiting also.
1hour 18 minutes & it automatically (!!!) threw me into the "voicemail box, we will get back with you in 24 hours"

@OP just like every other thing that this company rolls out, a TOTAL SH-T SHOW. The system sent a code to email, but will not send to phone text. Sorting on hold for support for over 40 min. This is truly a perfect example of business as usual at Centene. In over 30 years of my career I have never seen such incompetence and malfunction.

I’m having the same issues, I was on hold for over an hour, and I finally just gave up and left a message. Absolute sh-t show this is but I’m sure the system is overwhelmed.
@OP Same here ... cant get the Txt or Phone verification code. On hold with Support as well

Same. Good to know I'm not the only one having this issue. Delayed codes and the ones received are not working.

Im having issues reviving the security code via text message and phone call
you have to enter your old A# but without the A i got in but as soon as i asked it to send me a text or phone call for verification, NADA nothing came through on text or phone call

Your old A number without the A. The text lag takes a minute or three.

yes...I cannot log into mine either, I get an error message every time I enter the correct credentials with registering
